According to Tuttosport, Juventus are actively managing their youth development pipeline by securing valuable playing time for emerging talent outside of Vinovo. While continuing to bring in promising youngsters like Reynaud, Beydts, and Ribak, the club is simultaneously organizing outbound loan transfers. In the latest market movement, 2006-born forward Diego Pugno has finalized a move to Ajax.

Having arrived in bianconero in 2021, the young attacker completed an important part of his growth within our Youth Sector. A path rich in significant stages, culminating in December 2024 with the special moment of his First Team debut in Serie A against Lecce. Last season, Pugno recorded 9 appearances and scored 2 goals with the Next Gen jersey. And now, the doors open to an educational experience in the Dutch top flight: good luck, Diego!".
Based on the official release from the Dutch club, the loan deal includes an option for Ajax to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season. Pugno, who turns 20, is set to join up immediately with the Jong Ajax squad to begin his campaign in the Netherlands.
From editorial monitoring, Juventus Women have also executed similar developmental strategies by sending young players out on loan. Forward Giorgia Berveglieri, born in 2005, will join Frosinone for the 2026/27 campaign in Serie B following previous temporary spells at Brescia and Freedom.
Berveglieri will be joined at Frosinone by defender Sofia Bertucci, born in 2004, who previously spent time on loan at Napoli, Sampdoria, Parma, and Frosinone during the final months of last season.
